Duties- Champions "The Layton Way" by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers.
- Ensures "Constructing with Integrity" is delivered by working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.
- Provide support to other craft workers on project sites of structural construction, heavy concrete construction, demolition, and framing.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, scrap iron and wood, remove snow and ice).
- Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Load/unload materials as needed.
- Have minimum tools associated with trade.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Safety.
- Performs essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing threat of harm to self or others.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and emails; write simple correspondence and emails.
- Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
- Ability to apply understanding to carrying out simple one‑or‑two step instructions.
- Commits to and meets all scheduled attendance and production deadlines.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Exerts in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move an object.

- Perceives the nature of sounds with no less than a 40dB loss at 500 Hz, 1,000 Hz, and 2,000 Hz with or without correction. (Hear)
- Is subject to substantial repetitive motions of the body or its parts.
- Must have good depth perception, field of vision, near acuity.
- Frequently exposed to weather (occasionally: extreme cold, extreme heat, wet and/or humid, exposure to dust and fumes, working in high exposed places).
