Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, field teams, vendors, and suppliers.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and materials.
• Track material deliveries, labor costs, billing, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and installation standards.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and job costing.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Preferred:

• Division 1 or specialty architectural products experience, Bluebeam, Procore, or
