Prov, Inc. is hiring part-time team members to help support candidates through their exam experience. In this role, you'll assist with candidate check-in, customer support, onboarding tasks, and exam monitoring in a professional office environment.

What You'll Do
- Help candidates through the testing and check-in process
- Provide customer support by phone and email
- Monitor exams and maintain testing security standards
- Troubleshoot basic issues and answer questions professionally
- Work closely with teammates in a fast-paced office setting
- Create a calm, supportive experience for test takers
