• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 18 months to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers

• $18 per 30–45-minute class (starting rate)
• 30+ classes per week

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• Pass our Background Check
• Valid Work Visa or Authorization to work in the US
• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred
• Mon through Friday time slots 9am-12pm | 3-6:30pm and Saturday mornings 8:45am-12:00pm (6 blocks minimum)

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children
• Implement curriculum focusing on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
• Go home knowing you made a difference

Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM
