Business Manager

This is a rare opportunity to lead and expand STRATA’s Utah operation. Your focus will be on business development, building client relationships, and developing a high-performing team aligned with our Core Values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, Professionalism, Accountability, and Teamwork).

• Grow STRATA’s presence across the Wasatch Front through strategic business development.
• Strengthen relationships with agencies, municipalities, consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Recruit and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and project staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project work.

• 10+ years leadership experience in geotechnical engineering, materials testing, special inspection, or related fields.
• Proven team-building and client-development ability.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership style.

Annual base salary begins at $125,000, depending on experience.

Sandy, Utah (Salt Lake City Metro Area).
