- Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
You will serve as a senior technical leader, driving complex product development initiatives from concept through production. This role is onsite at our Utah location focusing on technical execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:- Lead complex engineering projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Apply advanced engineering design techniques and tools to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative product designs, processes, and testing procedures.
- Perform complex engineering tasks with minimal guidance, leveraging extensive experience and expertise.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams without direct supervisory duties.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to ensure product feasibility, project objectives are met and compliance with standards.
- Ensure adherence to development and manufacturing standards, including ISO and internal quality systems.
- Maintain and improve engineering documentation, data management, and knowledge sharing practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert in product development, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem‑solving.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering-related field.

- Proficiency in advanced engineering design techniques and tools.
- Strong technical expertise in product development and engineering design.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence without authority.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., Solid Works, FEA, PLM systems).
- Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
- Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally, and lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodations.
