Our employee‑owners collaborate across specialties, combining creativity, precision, and deep expertise to solve the most complex challenges facing our clients and  the role of Central Texas Digital Delivery Program Lead, we'll count on you to:  Communicate, coordinate, and compile all project digital deliverables and exchange process at predetermined milestones

Project archiving at submittals and closeout

Engage in close and effective communication and presentations with HDR management, production staff, and clients

Mentor staff to help develop their skillsets

Engagement with the Digital Business Class contributing to initiatives to help improve workflows and awareness

Work with local area leadership to staff projects and provide input on project needs. Provide guidance for Project Managers to support project needs

Engage with other Digital Delivery Program Leads to provide support and guidance.

Develop workflows to improve efficiency, maintain quality, and create automation for project delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Digital Delivery/BIM Management, demonstrated performance of managing large linear infrastructure Digital Delivery programs to integrate multiple engineering disciplines and Architectural Design Associate or Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience with Engineering & Architectural projects, with proven track record serving as BIM Manager on large scale infrastructure projects

Demonstrated experience in Model Authoring/CAD software such as Civil3D, Revit, Microstation, and Open Roads Designer.

Proficiency in BIM management and coordination tools such as Navisworks, BIM
360, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud/iTwins, Synchro, and Assemble, supporting BIM uses like clash detection, 4D construction phasing, model health assessments, extended reality, and digital twins and digital asset management.

Ability to manage CAD standards and work spaces in Common Data Environments (e.g., Project Wise, Autodesk Construction Cloud), with familiarity with ISO-19650 standards.

Experience integrating GIS into BIM workflows and publishing 3D models to GIS.Understanding of reality capture methods and integration of existing conditions data into design workflows.
