Utah First Credit Union is seeking a full‑time Personal Banker for our Sandy, UT branch. Provide exceptional service, cross‑sell products, and produce loans within branch hours Monday‑Friday 8:00‑7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00‑3:00 PM. Drive customer satisfaction and growth.

• Base wage $20/hour, up to $22/hour depending on experience plus generous incentive pay

• Open new accounts, take loan applications, and disburse loans for customers.
• Cross‑sell credit union products and services that meet customer needs.
• Meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals every month.
• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Serve customers in person and over the phone, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and services.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old or older
• Customer service experience
• Financial services experience
• Experience in consumer lending
• Experience handling cash
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Respectful and tactful in interactions
• Ability to work individually and in a team
• Driven and ambitious
