** SCHEDULE
* * Flexible Hours To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
* Assists loan officers with gathering and organizing financial packages to submit for underwriting.
* Assists loan officers with gathering and organizing required items for loan fundings.
* Underwrites commercial real estate, SBA, commercial and industrial (C&I), and specialty loan requests, and analyzes the risks associated with the borrower's financial condition, and makes risk-rating recommendations where appropriate.
* Performs financial reviews and assists with loan monitoring requirements
* Analyzes repayment ability and personal cash flow
* Reviews and interprets personal and business credit reports
* Analyzes commercial leases
* Reviews professional real estate appraisals and environmental reports
* Other duties as directed

** Experience
* * One to three years of similar or related experience
** Education
* * High school diploma or equivalent (Junior or Senior year of college in a business-related degree preferred) **~
