Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) - Full-Time s employed telemedicine position focuses on delivering evidence-based care to individuals ages 12 and up with primary mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders. The role emphasizes flexible hours and a mission to transform mental health care through an intensive, evidence-based program.

$65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify patients  mental health and substance use needs.
• Provide evidence-based practices including DBT, CBT, EMDR, IFS, and others.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or similar (Required)
• Licensed in Connecticut, Maine, Virginia, West Virginia, or New Hampshire—or willing to obtain licensure before starting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Licensees needing supervised hours will be considered
• DBT training preferred (will train)

• Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications.
• Maintain current, active professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M) (Reimbursed)
