Role:
As a Caregiver, you’ll offer companionship, assist with daily activities, provide light housekeeping, and provide transportation for elderly clients. Your presence helps combat loneliness and improve their quality of life.

• Companionship and monitoring client well-being
• Assist with care including but not limited to walking assistance, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Provide clients with mobility assistance
• Assist clients with restroom needs during transportation, ensuring safety, privacy, and dignity
• Required to know medical and dietary needs of clients and provide medication reminders
• Transportation for excursions
• Motivate and encourage your client to participate in wellness activities
• Clock in/out and process documents related to client visit

• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and valid auto insurance
  • Vehicle should be able to accommodate for foldable wheelchairs and walkers
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to assist clients into and out of vehicles.
• Reliable communication and promptness through EVV system and/or SMS texting.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Caregiver experience preferred
• Experience with elderly preferred
• Creative and collaborative in identifying additional activities or support clients may need, including companionship and daily assistance.

• Work directly in the clients home

This is an outcome-based, non-employee role ideal for those running their own service business, who can commit to regular weekly availability and deliver consistent, high-quality support.
