As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Midvale, Sandy, and Draper area. You will work 1:1 with clients to build communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA strategies. This hands‑on role is impactful, rewarding, and a key part of helping children thrive.
Responsibilities- Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
- Implement skill‑building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
- Collect and record data electronically after each session
- Maintain regular communication with your BCBA and the clinical team
- Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed
- Assist with assessments, session preparation, and therapy organization
- Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols consistently
- Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to become certified with our support)
- Reliable transportation within Midvale, Sandy, and Draper
- Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children grow
- Eligible to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license and insurance
