We are looking for a Part-time / Full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. Starting pay commensurate with experience.

• Licensed as an OT by the State of Utah.
• Graduated after successful completion of an OT education program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA) or successor organization of ACOTE.
• Two (2) years experience, preferred.

• An Occupational Therapist (OT) administers occupational therapy to patients in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and IDT plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Therapy Director and Director of Clinical Services.

• Minimizes residual physical disabilities of the patient.
• Provides prescribed occupational therapy.
• Performs all procedures as ordered by physician and IDT according to the therapy plan of care.
• Instructs patients and family members in home programs and fine motor movement exercises.
