Active Home Health, Hospice & Personal Care is looking for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist. We are looking for someone who is caring, professional and self‑motivated to join our team. We are a fun-loving, compassionate group that thrives off the gratification of caring for others. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.
Job Requirements & Qualifications- A person who meets the education & experience requirements for a certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Two (2) years of experience preferred.
- Provides full range of SLP services as ordered by Physician.
- Prepares clinical and progress notes.
- Advises and consults with Family members and other Home Health personnel.
- Participates in in-service programs.
- Mileage Reimbursement
