Physical Therapist - Clinical Director

Rooted In Recovery is a new physical therapy and injury recovery practice preparing to open in Sandy, Utah. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as our Clinical Director and join us in building the clinical side of the practice from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity for a PT who wants more than a traditional staff position. You’ll work closely with the owners to help shape clinical operations, patient care, workflows, and the long-term growth of the practice.

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide orthopedic and injury rehabilitation
• Provide concussion, vestibular, balance, and oculomotor rehabilitation
• Guide patients through recovery and return-to-activity planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with patients, providers, attorneys, and other members of the care team as appropriate
• Help develop clinical protocols, workflows, and standards
• Serve as Clinical Director and provide clinical leadership as the practice grows

The position will initially 3 days per week as the clinic opens and builds its patient base, transitioning to 4 days per week as patient volume grows.

This position includes an equity ownership opportunity that vests over time
, giving the selected Clinical Director the opportunity to participate in the long-term growth of Rooted In Recovery.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Physical Therapy degree
• Current Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Utah licensure
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Interest in taking a leadership role within a growing practice
• Interest or experience in concussion, vestibular, orthopedic, and injury rehabilitation preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
