** Manager, Revenue Operations We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Hub Spot CRM Analyst to support our growing Sales, Revenue, and Enablement organization. This individual will play a key role in managing our Hub Spot CRM, ensuring data integrity, enabling better insights, and optimizing processes as the company evolves.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Support, or related analytical roles. They are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, improving workflows, and providing actionable insights that help the business make informed decisions.
** What You’ll Be Doing:
** CRM Management & Optimization
* Maintain and optimize the Hub Spot CRM environment, ensuring fields, objects, and configurations support evolving business needs.
* Audit and improve data accuracy, completeness, and operational consistency.
* Troubleshoot CRM issues and implement solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
* Manage user permissions, team structures, and CRM governance standards.

Reporting & Analytics
* Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for Sales, Leadership, Marketing, and Operations teams.
* Analyze sales and operational data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support forecasting and pipeline analysis in collaboration with revenue teams.

Workflow & Process Improvements
* Evaluate existing workflows, automations, and processes within Hub Spot; recommend enhancements based on changing organizational needs.
* Create new workflows, sequences, and automation logic to streamline sales, customer success, and marketing operations.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to document, refine, and implement new processes.

Data Quality & Governance
* Identify data inconsistencies and design strategies to improve data hygiene and long-term governance.
* Develop and maintain data validation rules, deduplication processes, and enrichment logic.

- Educate internal stakeholders on CRM best practices.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
* Assist in onboarding new users to Hub Spot tools, dashboards, and reporting.

- Act as a subject matter expert for Hub Spot usage, data structures, and operational considerations.

* What You Bring:

*** 1–2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Sales Support, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
* Hands-on experience with Hub Spot CRM (other CRM experience considered with demonstrated ability to transition quickly).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, transform, and interpret data.

- Experience building reports and dashboards (Hub Spot or BI tools).
* Working knowledge of sales processes, CRM data structures, and operational workflows.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.###

Preferred Qualifications
* Hub Spot certifications (e.g., CRM Admin, Reporting, Rev Ops).
* Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a high-growth environment.
* Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.).

- Understanding of lead routing, scoring, lifecycle management, and revenue funnel reporting.
