• Effectively manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Implement multi‑phased projects and apply project management best practices.
• Understand complex equity structures and represent them on the platform.
• Deliver white‑glove customer service while fostering meaningful relationships with our clients to ensure that they get maximum value from our software.
• Manage complex datasets with high integrity.
• Train clients on how to use Carta LLC Software.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
• Serve as a technical product expert to respond to queries from clients and other internal departments, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams when necessary.
• Identify, recommend, test, and implement operational procedure improvements and take on additional projects to drive product improvement.
• Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of the team/company by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and thorough documentation.

• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• Familiarity with complex capital structures.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with C‑Suite clients with a high degree of empathy and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and offer creative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Can exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
• Strong project management skills and a high level of organization – must be able to manage multiple onboarding projects at a time, while providing timely follow‑up to clients.
• Proficient in Excel and have experience with CRMs (Preferably: Salesforce).
• Experience learning new technologies, platforms, and systems.
