We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our field operations. You will oversee scheduling, technician coordination, quality assurance, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with pest control or field service management experience who wants to grow with a established local company.
Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate daily routes for technicians
- Supervise and support field staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, EPA, and state regulations
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues
- 3+ years of operations or field service management experience
- Pest control industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Understanding of pest control regulations and safety requirements
- Proficiency with scheduling and routing software
