• Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures and comply with their requirements. All documents are in English only.
• Assemble catheters in clean room.
• Ability to learn new equipment and processes and quickly demonstrate proficiency in their operation.
• Document material transfers, completion of manufacturing steps, and verification.
• Ensure that processes and materials are in compliance with quality system requirements.
• Maintain clean room area per procedures.
• Train future assemblers on procedures.
• Build medical product assemblies with a level of quality, consistency, and speed to meet the design specifications and production schedules.
• Ability to evaluate personal workspace, equipment, and tooling to ensure it is in compliance with specifications and procedures.
• Operation of all equipment including but not limited to Split die, Braider, Laminator, Pad Printer, RF Tipper, Coiler.

Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Attributes required for this position include the ability to follow instructions, meet schedules and priorities, have excellent attention to detail, initiative, work well within a team, and have the ability to produce consistently high-quality results.
• For entry level, we will train employees with good mechanical aptitude and work ethic.

• Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include inspecting through a microscope.
• Work near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and heat.
• Clean room environment – must wear gowns, hair coverings, and booties.
• The noise level in the work environment is minimal.
