We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop and expand their marketing/advertising skills in an agency setting. At Oozle you’ll be a part of team of marketers working for a group of clients giving you the direct contact with people that specialize in other skill sets like:
Graphics Design, Web Development, SEO, Paid Search, Facebook and other Social platforms allowing you to become a well-rounded digital marketer.

In this role you will create content and social media marketing assets to help build communities of people who have in interest in gaining beauty skills by enrolling in a beauty education program or becoming their own boss.

This is the perfect position for college-aged individuals looking to gain agency experience. The ideal candidate is an active blogger and/or influencer, has worked on building a following on social media, is willing to learn and is a self-starter. We will train and teach on digital marketing basics and any prior experience is a plus.

As a Content and Social Media Specialist you will serve as the starting point for the content creation process. You will work to develop a consistent voice and level of quality for each piece of content and come up with creative topic ideas that follow the client’s strategy and preference. You will then work to promote these marketing assets using social media platforms.

As a Content and Social Media Specialist, you will play a critical role within the Oozle Media marketing process developing great ideas, producing engaging, relevant content, and keeping a good balance between speed and quality. You’ll work with a team to ensure that unique, engaging and search-friendly content is created on behalf of clients.

• Creativity: You’ll be creating everything from webpage copy to blog posts to social media posts for clients. A strong desire to create and innovate content is necessary.
• Time-keeping: Specialist jobs are demanding, and as such require a high level of time-keeping skill. Must have the ability to take on extra work, sometimes at the last minute. Being able to work quickly and efficiently to keep schedules is necessary.
• Organization: You’ll produce marketing assets for 30+ clients, keeping yourself and your tasks organized are essential.

  Ability to research content topics and target keywords based on client preferences and business focus. Having a pulse on beauty trends and a desire to produce the most timely and engaging work is required.

  Specialist must be comfortable working in web-based software systems (content production systems, CMS systems) as well as email tools and basic desktop publishing applications, along with a strong understanding of all social media platforms.
• Other: As in most jobs, the ability to work under pressure — either in a team or autonomously — is an absolute must. Additionally, must be able to find uniqueness and express creativity in saturated content areas.

• Copy Editing: All serious applicants will be expected to successfully pass a copy-editing test.
• Education: Four-year degree is preferred or relevant experience.
