Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who turns prospects into long-term customers and quotas into milestones. The proposition holds together — $102,000 - $156,000, 7 years, an UT base, and ownership the rest of the market rarely grants.

• Walk UT partners through co-marketing they'll say yes to
• Own the post-sale check-in that turns clients into references
• Build the Sandy reference network that closes deals for you
• Set and monitor KPIs tied to revenue, retention, and acquisition cost
• Pitch, listen, adjust, and pitch again until the sales marketing deal lands
• Sell the bias-to-action roadmap, not just today's feature set

• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• Demonstrated wins in sales marketing work somewhere near Sandy, UT
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, generously-mentoring environment
• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• Roughly 7+ years operating in a similar Social Media Manager position
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• Proven aptitude for Email Marketing, ideally near Sandy, UT

The ego-light team behind Universal Studios chose Sandy on purpose, betting that great sales marketing work doesn't need a coastal zip code. We'd rather coach a trust-the-team learner than babysit a brilliant jerk, every single time.

We value work-life balance, so expect $102,000 - $156,000, flexible hours, paid sabbaticals, and a supportive mentoring program.

As of this visit, Universal Studios is actively reviewing for the Social Media Manager role.
