This full time, hourly, at‑will position will report to the Sr. Director of Fields and Grounds and the Asst. Director of Fields and Grounds. Under their supervision, this position will maintain the landscape surrounding America First Field Stadium and American First Training Field and help with sports field maintenance as required. The Landscape Manager will maintain all landscapes professionally and to a very high standard.

• Landscape Maintenance Includes:
• Mowing, Trimming, and Edging in Grass Areas
• Weeding, Mulching, and Installing New Plants
• Trimming Trees
• Removing Dead Vegetation
• Irrigation Operation and Maintenance
• Fertilizing, Seeding, and Aeration
• Trash Pickup
• Sports Field Maintenance Includes:
• Turfgrass Management
• Sod Cutting and Installation
• Irrigation Management
• Mowing, Trimming, and use of Blowers
• Fertilizing with Granular and Liquid Applications
• Field Markings and Logo Painting
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Trimmers/Edgers
• Top-Dressers
• Aerators

• Working knowledge of the maintenance of landscapes; the planting, cultivating, pruning, and caring for plants, shrubs, and trees; the characteristics and proper use of various fertilizers, herbicides and pest control methods and materials; and irrigation systems including drip lines, pop up heads, pumps and automatic controls.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
• Able to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check.
