Job Description
Maintain quality assurance processes, record and analyze results, and identify improvement areas for employees and processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Provide coaching and training to field technicians to promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct site prescreening and job audits, identifying potential hazards or quality issues.
• Collaborate with field teams, management, and third parties to support quality, safety, and performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers regarding project timelines and service issues.
• Develop and support the implementation of quality assurance protocols, safety control systems, and documentation standards.
• Perform quality assurance testing and inspections, including statistical sampling and performance analysis.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, training, incidents, and job performance audits.
• Identify trends or recurring issues in field performance and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, and at least one (1) year industry experience as a technician. Experience with Comcast products preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feet, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Works outdoors for extended periods is exposed to extreme weather conditions.
