Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties in Utah as a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and maximizing the value of our properties while ensuring excellent customer service, Landlord and tenant satisfaction.

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms
• Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors
• Oversee rent collection process and handle delinquent accounts
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and property performance
• Stay updated on local property laws and regulations to ensure compliance

• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate lease agreements and handle tenant disputes
• Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with tenants or contractors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to property management
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations in Utah
