We’re looking for pop culture enthusiasts to create an engaging customer experience. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock merchandise, and ensure the store is visually appealing, focusing on the in-store experience.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Collaborate with store management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help organize stockroom and keep the store tidy.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
