- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient knowledge of general retail practices.
- Some retail store management or equivalent experience.
- Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction from the store manager.
- Demonstrated mentoring and training of associates on selling and operational processes.
- Flexible schedule with availability for holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
- Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height.
- Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and handle repetitive lifting.
- Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Team‑player energy to encourage associates and achieve shared goals.
- Communicate the game plan set by the store manager while managing multiple tasks.
- Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
