• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices.
• Some retail store management or equivalent experience.
• Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction from the store manager.
• Demonstrated mentoring and training of associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule with availability for holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height.
• Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and handle repetitive lifting.
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Team‑player energy to encourage associates and achieve shared goals.
• Communicate the game plan set by the store manager while managing multiple tasks.
• Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
