Job Mission:

• To consistently deliver the mission statement.
• Attain knowledge of car wash services and upgrades to sell to customers.
• Must promote Freddy Card and build a loyal customer base.

Job Outcomes/Tasks:

• Sell car washes and services, upsell products, promote company programs, initiatives, and participate in-store events.
• Freddy Card sign-ups and explain benefits of card and app.
• Operate and balance cash register without shortages/overages staying within company standards.
• Prepare a variety of food/drinks, coffee, operate and clean equipment such as roller grill, creamer machine, soda fountain machines, and other cold/frozen dispensed equipment and any display cases.
• Stock product on sales floor, cooler, and freezer.
• Clean store and maintain company standard on sales floor cleanliness.
• Help clean and maintain organization in backroom/stockrooms.
• Clean restroom, as assigned, checking hourly and signing off sheet that they are properly cleaned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must meet all state/local requirements for sales of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products; must obtain and keep current all work cards required by local/state/federal departments.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move more.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
