• Greet every customer with a smile and top‑tier service.
• Lead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling.
• Oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels.
• Drive sales through effective food‑service and merchandising management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.).
• Participate in leadership meetings and hold effective team huddles.
• Uphold Jacksons standards, policies, and procedures.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation).
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or food‑service preferred).
• Food Handlers Permit as required by county, city, or state.
• A proven history of exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Legal age to stock and sell regulated products.
• Strong attention to detail and history of being self‑motivated.
• A hands‑on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environment.

• Perform duties that involve standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, and listening.
• Frequently lift and or move up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 65 pounds.
• Work safely in conditions that include heat, cold, allergens, noise, fumes, chemicals, or odors from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

This is a transitional position. Store Managers in Training are expected to move into a leadership role within the company after completing the training program.
