REBEL Convenience Stores is looking for a Assistant Manager to support store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead the team.

Sandy, UT

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed.
• Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment while following company policies.
• Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

• 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when required.
