The Plug Wellness is looking for driven, outgoing sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment. You will actively engage customers, learn a fast-evolving product mix, and create an experience built on confidence, education, and trust.

• Approach and engage customers in and around the store.
• Listen for needs, educate clearly, and confidently close sales.
• Work toward daily and weekly sales goals and KPIs.

• Bring a welcoming, high-energy presence to every shift.
• Build trust through strong product knowledge and relevant recommendations.
• Help customers navigate cannabis-derived products, mushrooms, kava, and alternative wellness categories..

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional sales floor.
• Follow company SOPs, age requirements, and compliance standards.
• Attend weekly Google Chat team meetings and report to the Store Manager.

• Must be 21+ and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work at South Town Mall and Valley Fair Mall.
• A sales-driven mindset and comfort initiating conversations with strangers.
• Motivation to earn through commissions, tips, and performance pay.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for 6–11 hour shifts and work weekends and rotating shifts.

• 2+ years of retail management and customer-facing sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach people and improve measurable sales performance.
• Comfort with KPIs, POS, inventory, scheduling, and business software.
• Strong organization, judgment, problem solving, and multi-location visibility.
• Must be 21+ and meet applicable employment, background, and compliance requirements.

Retail, direct sales, or cannabis-industry experience is helpful but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish ability may increase earning potential.

• $20–$30+/hour average: $13/hour base + tips + commission; top performers may earn more.
• 20–40 hours per week, from part-time to full-time opportunity.
• Flexible scheduling and flexible dress code.
