Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Interior Worx Builder Design Center is seeking a new home construction Repairman to join our Customer Care Team at our Sandy, Utah location. This will be primarily for cabinets and flooring.

We are looking for a self-starter to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
• Follow all company field procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.

• Ability to repair and service cabinets, including installation of cabinets and trims such as crown, fillers, scribes, and shoe mold; ability to adjust doors and drawer fronts, install hardware, and perform finish touch ups.
• Must be knowledgeable about installing/repairing flooring in any or all of the following flooring trades, and possess a desire to cross-train in all: carpet, wood/laminate, tile, and vinyl installations.
• English literacy.
• Ability to work full-time shifts with overtime as required and adapt to changing work schedules.
• Handyman certification a plus.
• Must have a good driving record to drive a company vehicle and pass a background check.
• Live in Davis County, as you will be working out of and reporting to both our Clearfield and Sandy locations.
