We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of backend development experience with a focus on Node.js

. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling backend systems to support high‑traffic applications, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise to the team.

• Backend Development

  Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Database Management

  Develop and optimize database structures using SQL (e.g., MySQL, Postgre

  DB) technologies, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Scalability & Performance Optimization
  :
  Architect and implement scalable systems that can handle large volumes of traffic and data while ensuring high availability and low latency.
• Code Quality & Best Practices
  :
  Write clean, well‑documented, and reusable code, following industry best practices, security guidelines, and standards.
• Mentorship & Leadership
  :
  Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide backend solutions that align with business goals.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging
  :
  Diagnose and resolve complex backend issues in a timely manner, implementing robust solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Continuous Improvement
  :
  Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, advocating for improvements to technology and team processes.

• Leadership and mentorship experience

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
