The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Accounting Clerk. Located at Volkswagen of Sanford, the Automotive Accounting Clerk plays a critical role in the success of our business by accurately tracking and updating dealer vehicle inventory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record and enter all new and used car inventory in a timely manner for 2 stores.
• Assist with title books as titles are received.
• Post wholesales for 2 stores.
• Post warranty credits once a week.
• Post daily deposits for 2 stores.
• Post intercompany cross sales monthly for 2 stores.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Organizational skills with a focus on detail orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dealership experience preferred
• High attention to details.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
