We are seeking Crew Members with asphalt experience. Must have a valid driver’s license, experience in seal coating and asphalt patching. We look to hire at least three ambitious, dedicated, resourceful, and quick‑learning individuals. Hours must be flexible. Pay is very competitive with room for growth.
CompensationPay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour. Bonus opportunities available.

Location & CommuteSanford, FL 32771 – must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Requirements- Seal coating experience: 1 year (Required)
- Asphalt patching experience: 1 year (Required)
