This contract position is on-site and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical practice environment, providing critical care to patients in emergency situations.

As a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role in our healthcare delivery, addressing urgent medical needs and ensuring the well‑being of patients. You will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality medical care in a collaborative environment.

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients
• Assess and triage patients in emergency situations
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Administer treatments and medications as necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in emergency medicine

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Current medical license to practice in the state of Florida
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine or relevant experience
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Commitment to providing high‑quality patient care

Schedule:

7a-7p or 7p-7a

No call requirement

Patient Volume: 2 per hour, or 26 per day

Will work independently

Must be board‑certified

Paid travel & expenses
