The Florida Department of Health in Seminole County seeks part-time OPS Health Educators to facilitate youth development workshops using the REAL Essentials curriculum for the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education grant program. Educators will work 20 hours per week in after-school and community settings, delivering lessons and leadership service projects to adolescents, coordinating with school partners, and maintaining required program documentation.
Key qualifications:- Verifiable one year experience in public speaking or presentations for youth and/or diverse audiences
- Verifiable one year of experience working with youth aged 10-19
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Publisher, Excel)
- Valid Florida Driver License required
- Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
