Wharton-Smith, Inc. has immediate openings in the Central Florida area for laborer positions.

Qualifications- No minimum education required.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- General commercial construction experience.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Must have transportation.
- Knowledge of the language (vocabulary) used in the construction trade.
- Understanding of instruction, both oral and written.
- Ability to work outdoors in direct sunlight and heat for 8+ hours.
Works on construction projects, usually working in utility capacity, by transferring from one task to another where demands require worker with varied experience and ability to work without close supervision.
Recruiting ProcessOur recruiting process is centralized and is handled by our HR Department. If we are sent unsolicited resumes from recruiters, we will not pay any recruiting fees. Unsolicited resumes are any resumes sent to us by a recruiter who has not been pre-approved by HR, has not signed our contract, and has not been requested by our HR Department to search for a specific position.
