Job Title: SAP ERP Reconciliation Consultant

Rate to candidate: $52/hr. on w2

Location: Sanford, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 3 month Contract to Hire

Start Date: 1/12/2026

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Consultant to support a complex reconciliation project following a recent SAP implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to navigate SAP’s general ledger and subledgers to resolve discrepancies.

• Perform detailed reconciliation of a balance sheet transaction clearing account
  , including:
• Reviewing all entries
• Confirming proper journal entries
• Reconcile two additional balance sheet accounts and one liability account
• Conduct vendor reconciliations and follow up on vendor inquiries
• Collaborate with leadership across the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance

• SAP ERP (recently implemented)
• FSP Operations System (used for flight scheduling, student accounts, and billing)
• Excel (Advanced proficiency required: Pivot Tables, What-If Analysis, complex formulas)

• Experience:
• Strong background in SAP ERP
• Intermediate accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills (testing required)
• Ability to work through general ledger and subledger details
• Professional, reliable, and highly organized
• Excellent communication skills; able to interact with leaders across the organization
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to resolve complex reconciliation
