Yourfuture role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive communications expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our railway communications, enhancing the reliability and safety of our services. Day‑to‑day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including train crews, technical staff, and customer service representatives), supervising the maintenance and strategic deployment of communication systems, and much more.
Responsibilities- Providing guidance and managerial leadership to the communication staff.
- Overseeing the installation and maintenance of wayside and telecommunications systems.
- Coordinating with train crews, host railroads, and other stakeholders for operational issues.
- Proactively monitoring train operations to address and manage delays or disruptions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop content, campaigns, and events.
- Developing and implementing communication plans for key projects.
- Managing customer requests and concerns effectively.
- Ensuring all communication activities align with organizational goals.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and adaptability in various situations.
- Maintaining technical knowledge of railway communication systems and continuous learning for improvement.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities:
Min 2–3 years. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with crisis management and strategic communication planning.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage diverse teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing communication plans:
Min 5 years.
