• Oversee installation and maintenance of holiday and event lighting projects
• Manage and motivate a team of lighting specialists and seasonal staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery
• Coordinate with clients to capture their vision and deliver results on time
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and inventory for seasonal operations
• Adapt to seasonal business demands with flexibility in scheduling

• 2+ years of management experience in home services, blue-collar, or related fields
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Proven experience in project management & logistics
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to work 6-day weeks during peak holiday season (lighter schedules in off-season)
• Experience in leading teams within home service, construction, or related industries
