Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our companys daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, improving performance, and driving productivity across departments. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and optimize organizational processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Not limited to the following:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping processes.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Analyze workflows and implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse operations, forecasting requirements and scheduling expenditures to meet financial objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational systems, processes, and policies for greater productivity and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
  • Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a good understanding of Inventory management system and shipping logistics systems.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
