The Constitutional Office of Seminole County Supervisor of Elections prides itself on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of elections in Seminole County, Florida. All staff are charged with maintaining the highest professional standards based on four core competencies:

The Logistics Manager is an essential team member who reports to the Director of Operations. Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, the Logistics Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the equipment and supplies used for conducting elections, maintenance, and organization of the entity warehouse, coordinating record management, and the logistics of any needed courier functions.
Election Functions- Develops and implements a maintenance program for precinct and early voting supplies and non-technical equipment which includes inspecting, operating, and ensuring the proper functioning of assets and supplies.
- Assists in training election officials and other stakeholders on the proper use of voting units and equipment
- Maintains an organized warehouse and inventory
- Inspects and ensures the American flag at the front of the building is properly displayed to reflect its current position
- Serves as the primary point-of-contact for the coordination of repairs and maintenance of facility with County and Airport maintenance staff
- Responsible for maintaining and executing building maintenance request log
- Serves as the primary chaperone for external maintenance staff
- Conducts routine building and ground inspections, ensuring facilities and grounds are in proper working condition, arranging for any necessary repairs or maintenance as needed
- Create distribution lists and allocation of election supply bins, ensuring all election-related equipment and materials are packed and ready for delivery to polling locations
- Coordinates with the Project Manager Early Voting sites and the allocation and distribution of supplies and materials for each site
- Manages daily mail pick-up and delivery, including retrieving voter registration applications from off-site locations and other necessary deliveries
- In coordination with the Director of Operations, identifies and inspects potential polling locations and precinct facilities to ensure compliance with Florida election laws
- Develop and manage logistical delivery plan for assets to precincts including drop sites
- Through coordination with staff, ensures the proper storage and retention of records in accordance with Florida Public Record Sunshine Law
- Manages off-site document storage contract and site
- Ensures the proper disposal of materials designated for disposal
- Schedules shred events for the Office
- Delivers offsite recycling drops
- Serves as the Record Management Liaison Officer, completing destruction documents and submitting reports as needed
- Supports various tasks such as voter outreach, voter registration, processing vote-by-mail ballots, and certifying petition signatures
- Assists with special projects and other tasks as needed to meet the operational needs of the office
- Primary point-of-contact for entity scheduling vehicle maintenance and ensuring vehicles are ready for use
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and safety protocols
- Valid Florida Driver’s License required
- Must be a registered voter in the State of Florida prior to appointment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of experience in service, repair, or maintenance of equipment
- Experience in election services or government operations is a plus
- Ability to use warehouse tools and equipment for maintaining and repairing election-related equipment
- Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions, both written and verbal
- Ability to use basic data systems, inventory control systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical ability to lift and carry materials weighing a minimum of 50 pounds
- Problem‑Solving and Decision Making – addressing employee concerns effectively and resolving workplace issues, making sound decisions under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public and coworkers
- Knowledge of use and care of standard warehouse equipment
