Print Shop Associate

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Digital Print Operator in Sanford, FL. This role supports full‑cycle print operations for marketing campaigns, ensuring high‑quality output and attention to detail. Ideal candidates have experience operating large‑format or digital printers, a strong eye for color, and the ability to troubleshoot and correct production issues.

• Impose, print, and finish printed marketing material for various marketing campaigns
• Oversee job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, quality and deadlines
• Monitor print jobs while they are processing
• Remove printed materials from presses, using carts to transport them to drying, storage and finishing areas
• Adjust printer, trays, supplies for equipment, clean and make adjustment to equipment daily
• Assist management with records of productivity, logs, maintenance, and repairs
• Some data entry will be required

• Associate's degree preferred
• Background in print operations with experience using large‑format printers and overseeing production processes preferred
• Skilled at communicating via in‑person, phone, text, email, and live chat
• Strong capacity to multitask to complete time‑sensitive jobs
• Basic knowledge of office software programs, and ability to adapt and learn new technologies
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Fusion Pro, Adobe, Illustrator experience is a plus

• Starting pay: $17.00/hour
• Schedule:
  
  12:00 PM - 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday (some flexibility required for occasional after‑hours or weekend work based on business needs)
• Location:
  
  Fully onsite in Sanford, FL
• Duration: 3-6 month contract‑to‑hire (based on performance)
