Production Supervisor

Health y Sol started in a home kitchen in 2023 with a simple idea: what goes on your body should be as clean as what goes in it. Today we're a nationally distributed brand making grass-fed tallow soap, liquid soaps, balms, and other personal-care and home-care products, all manufactured by our own team in Sanford, Florida. As Production Supervisor, you own the soap-making process, day to day. This is a full-time, on-site role at our production facility in Sanford, FL, reporting directly to Nick Daas our Production Manager. You'll run the batches, from measuring and mixing raw ingredients to overseeing the pour, cure, and cut, making sure every batch hits our quality and consistency standards. You'll also guide and coordinate our Production Associates on the floor, keeping the line staffed, stocked, and moving on schedule.

The full-time schedule runs 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute break. This is a hands-on leadership role: you're expected to be making soap yourself, not just directing traffic, while also being the person Nick can hand day-to-day production decisions to as he takes on a broader role across all of production.

• Hands-on experience making soap or a similar formulated product (cosmetics, cleaning products, personal care) at production scale is required.
• Comfortable owning batch quality and consistency, and troubleshooting when something's off.
• Able to lead and coordinate other production staff, even without prior formal supervisory title.
• Able to lift heavy items and stand for the full shift.
• Reliable and available for a consistent full-time schedule.
• Comfortable following and enforcing safety protocols and written instructions in a production environment.
• Comfortable working with caustic materials, such as Lye and following proper safety protocols associated with that.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant manufacturing or production certifications are required.
