Job Summary:
The Cardiac Neuro Telemetry RN is responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis,
planning, intervention, and evaluation of care. This includes health teaching and counseling of the ill,
injured, or infirm, and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health, and prevention of illness. The
RN will administer medications and treatments as prescribed or authorized by a duly licensed
practitioner.
Salary Range:
- $29.00 per hour (2 years of experience)
- $32.70 per hour (5 years of experience)
- $36.81 per hour (10 years of experience)
- Up to $42.13 per hour (17+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials:
- $4.50 for nights
- $1.50 for weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Requirements:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- 1+ years of recent RN acute care experience required, with telemetry and cardiac experience
- Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure (active FL RN license required within 90 daysof hire)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- NIHSS Certification within 30 days of hire (required to work under NIHSS credentials RN until training certificate obtained)

Shifts Available:
Days (Rotating Weekends)
Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Unit Beds: 27-bed unit tending to Med/Tele Neuro & Cardiac, Post CABG, MI’s/Chest pain patients
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac and neuro patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
