Med-Surg Registered Nurse

• Salary Range: $30.75 – $44.68/hour
• Night Shift Differential: $4.50/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Day Shift) | $15,000 (Night Shift)

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies
• Ensure safe, efficient care delivery for 5–6 patients per nurse

• Active RN license in Florida or Compact state (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if relocating)
• BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start
• NIH Stroke Certification within 30 days of start
• ACLS required within 6 months
• 1 year of recent acute care RN experience preferred
• Candidates with acute rehab experience may be considered
• No psych, SNF, LTC, or jail experience will be considered
