As a Full Time Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our health centers located in Sanford, FL. The scheduled hours are 30 hours per week.

• Sanford:
  Monday 8am-5pm, and Thursday 8am-7pm
• Lake Mary:
  Tuesday 7am-3pm and Friday 8am-12pm
• DEA required
• Strong clinical background, primary or urgent care experience a plus

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintain patient health records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Maintain state RN licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintain Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintain State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (list of states) (New York ROPES registration)
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
