Location: Sanford, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Salary Range:
$30.75 – $34.87 (with 5 years of experience)
$39.04 (with 10 years of experience)
$44.68 (with 17+ years of experience)
Night Shift Differential: $4.50/hr
Weekend Differential: $1.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Day shift) | $15,000 (Night shift)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
Provide direct patient care for adults recovering from medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological conditions
Assess patient health, identify issues, and create and implement individualized plans of care
Monitor vital signs and respond to critical situations
Serve as a patient advocate and key team member in interdisciplinary collaboration
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plans
Promote patient safety, effective resource use, and compassionate, evidence‑based care
Requirements:1 year of recent (within the last 1–2 years) acute care RN experience preferred
Acute rehab (e.g., Kindred, Encompass, Health South, Select Specialty) accepted if candidate is comfortable in stroke unit
RN license in the State of Florida (or compact license, with FL license required within 60 days of hire)
Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred
BLS required within 30 days of start (AHA)
NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
