Days (7a-7pm) or Nights (7p-7a) | Full-Time | Rotating Weekends

• 26-bed unit (Stroke/Neuro & Med/Surg patients)
• Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1 to 6

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical /Cardiac Neuro RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

• 1 year of Recent (within the last year or 2 years) Acute Care RN Med-Surg/Tele experience REQUIRED. Would consider Acute Rehab experience. Med-Surg/Tele experience is Required
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start
• American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date

• Pay rate range:
  Min $30.75/hr. – Max $44.68/hr. (Based on years of experience)
• Shift Diffs:
  Nights $4.50/hr., Weekends $1.50/hr.
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Days $10,000, Nights $15,000
• Relocation:
  Case by case
