As a Registered Nurse PCU, you’ll play a key role in providing close monitoring and frequent assessments for patients on the progressive care unit.

We’re seeking a dynamic Progressive Care RN to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable and able to provide close monitoring, frequent assessments, and autonomous management of treatment plans for patients requiring intensive care.

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
• Monitor critical vital signs and intervene in life‑threatening situations.
• Educate patients regarding medications, procedures and treatments, and support patients and families throughout their stay.

• Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• 1+ years of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, Associate Degree, or BSN preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment start.
• Basic CPR or BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days of start.
• American Heart Association ACLS provider card required within 6 months of employment start.
• PALS provider card required within 6 months of employment start.
